How to Order Products For your convenience, we have provided a downloadable purchase order that you can type directly into and email to us. Healthy Congregations material is only available to be used by trained facilitators or trainers. Training opportunities may be scheduled through the office of Healthy Congregations, Inc. If you have any questions, please contact us. Shipping and Handling Charges Beginning on May 1, 2006, Healthy Congregations, Inc. invoices will be charged a 5% shipping and handling fee. This fee includes the materials and labor necessary for shipping plus standard ground freight to any location in the continental United States. (This is a change from our previous policy of shipping charges plus standardized handling charge.) Healthy Congregations, Inc. reserves the right to choose the ground service utilized for shipping. Rush orders may be charged and additional fee to cover freight charges in excess of UPS ground freight. Due to shipping times, any order received less than seven business days prior to the workshop will be considered a rush order and may, at our discretion, be subject to additional freight charges. Return Policy If you have a question regarding materials to be returned or replaced please call. Return unused facilitator manuals and/or damaged materials within seven days of the workshop. Facilitators are responsible for the cost of returning unused facilitator manuals. Please do not return VHS tapes or DVDs. In cases of defect, please contact us for a replacement and further instruction. Materials returned are expected to be in the same condition in which they arrived. No refund will be given for materials damaged in the return process. Some things to check when returning material: Is the box packed tightly? Will the contents bounce around in the box during shipping? Is your name and contact information included so that an adjustment can be made to your invoice? 	Supplemental Teaching Manual: Inductive Methods Part Number: P120 Christian Educators Sallie Verner and Elaine Barnett have compiled a series of exercises that use principles of multiple intelligences in order to deepen participants understanding of systems thinking and family and emotional process. Each of the workshops have corresponding exercises to explore concepts, expand thinking, and solidify learning. Price: $20
	Healthy Congregations Promotional Brochure Part Number: P122 - USPS Compatible Part Number: P123 - Presentation Handout This brochure provides a basic overview of Healthy Congregations and the usefulness of the workshops series. There are two slightly different brochures available. One brochure (P122) has an empty back panel and is designed to be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. The second brochure (P123) is designed for to be used as a handout during presentations, including a small space for the contact information of the facilitator giving the workshop.
