Return Policy
- If you have a question regarding materials to be returned or replaced please call.
- Return unused facilitator manuals and/or damaged materials within seven days of the workshop.
- Facilitators are responsible for the cost of returning unused facilitator manuals.
- Please do not return VHS tapes or DVDs. In cases of defect, please contact us for a replacement and further instruction.
- Materials returned are expected to be in the same condition in which they arrived. No refund will be given for materials damaged in the return process. Some things to check when returning material:
- Is the box packed tightly? Will the contents bounce around in the box during shipping?
- Is your name and contact information included so that an adjustment can be made to your invoice?
